Notes
Several weird problems have suddenly arisen. First and worse is the stiff neck pain which came on this morning after sleep. The other is a weird sting like pain in my right calf which didn't come on until around the .8 mile of tonight's run. The other is the back pain which has been chronic since Sunday's run and was likely precipitated by it.
