Race in less than 24 hours. Taper day felt OK. No serious stressers associated with the running - I think it was just good enough to get the blood flowing to heal stuff. Hopefully I'll feel even more rested tomorrow.
No this wasn't enough time for a full taper - I need exactly 24 hours for a full 10k taper. OK hopefully I learned that. But this is only a test - training run - not the full blown season goal 10k.
