Terrible run! This just was bad from the start. I still have the remenents of PF and now my lower back is killing me. The run was of the devil from the beginning. It never got better. I hope this sets the WORSE CASE time for this loop, Today was discouraging and evil. 12+ min. miles and it hurt?? What the hell???
