Still sick and felt like crap, but since it was my last chance for a quality long run prior to the marathon I decided to man up and try a workout anyways. 3 mile warmup 6:45 pace, then 13 miles very even 5:56 avg. Then one mile 5:36. Very windy, so it was a bit draining. Jogged a couple miles home nice and slow 7:20ish. Given how bad I felt I'll take it.
