2milesOFF/5ON/1OFF/4ON/1OFF/3ON, OFF paces all 6:37-6:40 and ON paces all 5:59. Planned another 2ON at the end but didn't quite have it so didn't push it....3mile cd 7:12ish pace. Most solid long run in a long, long time. Covered first 16 miles in 1:38:30.
