8X800m on track in flats 2:41.0-2:40.0-2:40.8-2:37.5-2:35.5-2:36.4-2:37.1-2:31.8 for 2:37.5 average, 2min recoveries. VERY windy down straightaway, unseasonably hot (82 deg) and felt so lethargic at beginning I almost never did the workout. Got a lot easier during the set, I will take it!
