2 mile wu 6:48, then 8X800 2:38-2:27-2:37-2:30-2:45-2:31-2:44-2:28 for 2:34-lo avg. Obviously wind on the odd ones, didn't think enough to cause that much difference but I guess it was. Legs burned early, these will get better with a little practice. I think that 2:27 is the fastest repeat ever run on this course. 2.6mi cd sub-7. I think this about tied the fastest average I ever hit for this workout last spring, so a good starting point.
