Great race! Ran with Joe Rozak, Chris Miller and Derek Nelson. There were others from the Black Hills Runners as well. The week before, Mark Warren, of the runners club passed me and finished ahead of me, so my goal this week was to beat him. I did :)
Left calf and quad were very sore after I stopped.
