COMMENTS: Great! double speed workout.
Workout 1: 7x14@110Meter Fartlek running with 1 loopx400 Meter easy in between the second third and fifth/sixth. This was then a 3x2x2 speed workout.
Workout 2: With cross country girls on the track, 2 warmup loops and then 5x400Meter @ 1:30 or less (averaged 1:22) with a 200Meter cool down in between each, with a two lap final cool down.
