first long run in a while... started off slow but it went well after that. It was pretty windy too especially running up 55. I was pretty impressed with my performance up jail hill the second time... it might have been the music though... "I'm afraid of Americans" followed by "Easy Lover" the ipod random picks some good ones some times :P
