On the pace swims... did 100 in 1:45. Projected 200 was 3:30 (actual was 3:25)

projected 300 was 5:15 (actual 5:10)

projected 400 was 7:00 (actual 7:05)

Did flip turns for the majority of the workout... need to keep that up and not get lazy...
