Notes
Not gonna lie. These runs have not been that great lately. I know it's been only a week since I've started running, but I'm not feeling too great. Physically, I've been fine since I took 10 days off, but aerobically, I'm having a lot of problems. Chest was really tight again today and I had stop a lot more than I expected. I was going to run a little more than 8 miles, but I was already feeling pretty bad, so I stopped. I might try to run really late at night one day this week just to see if the chest/breathing problem is strictly a weather issue or something worse.
