Runningahead got some cool updates, looks a lot better.
5 mile steady state.
Got off to a pretty good start and stayed in control for the whole workout. However, running in 80 degree weather with no clouds had a big impact on my breathing. So, I would try speeding up every mile because I thought I was getting slower, but instead was getting faster each time. Despite not feeling too great, my splits were very consistent, 4 seconds apart from the slowest to fastest. I really need to try running in cooler weather so I'm not always under the sun for runs/workouts.
