Notes
This run was very rough. I started this late in the afternoon since I ate lunch before this. Even with some food in my stomach, I still had a hard time. However, I do have to consider that I had a very hard workout yesterday and that could definitely affect my mood and physical state today. My legs were cooked at the end of the run and I just could not run anymore. I'm gonna get a lot of sleep tonight and recover for Tuesday's workout.
