Notes

Core o Clock in my apartment. Changed things up a bit and did Core on a quantity basis rather than time. 20 pushups, 120 bicycle kicks, L's with 2 second intervals between each leg, 1 minute on 6 inch lifts since you can only really time it, 50 cherry pickers, 20 arches, 10 OPOL for each side, 25 side crunches, 10 pushups, 20 supermans, and 60 second planks. I think I like this a lot better than time since I don't really have to rush things through, although I try to be efficient by not taking a rest between each set.
