Working at a new office, same company. However, it's a little farther from home. No matter what time of day I head over, whether it's weekend or week day, there is always traffic. Started feeling tired driving back, so I pulled over to a gas station and slept for like an hour. Didn't wanna run in the rain and risk getting a cold, so I chose to run in NYSC instead and try out their new treadmills. They feel great and are very seamless. Had to split the run in two because of the cooldown timer. Still, I enjoyed being on the treadmill.
No incline, start at 8.5, go up 0.1 every 5' and then down 0.1 every 5' after 9.0.
