Notes
So, considering the opinions of others about how fast easy runs should be, I decided to take this run a bit faster, and I got way too carried away. It probably didn't help that I forgot that I ate only less than an hour before i ran, so my food wasn't sitting well in my stomach, but I was used to it at this point so it didn't bother me. It felt really good to go that faster after a few slow easy runs, but I will make sure it doesn't get to the point that I almost went sub 6 pace for an easy run. The effort felt easy though and my legs were feeling very good as well. Going to take Monday and maybe Tuesday very easy so I can recover from this.
