What a shitty run, Again, I didn't have time to run until 11 at night. Had way too many problems with this run..... dry heaving every 5 minutes, very annoying heel pain in my left foot, and heavy legs. Weather didn't help much, even though it was really cool. The sewers were also really smelly tonight, so having an awful stench up my nose didn't help either. All in all a cruddy run.
