8 x 15" Hills @ Full Sprint w/ 90" R + 2 x (300 - 300- 200) @ 48,32 w/ 75" RJ b/w reps + 3' RJ b/w sets

Originally had 5 hills, but Hector moved it up to 8. Kept up well with the guys in front of me, but I felt gassed by the 5th one. Managed to get all 8 done. Jogged over to the track afterwards for the next set.

300's and 200's were within 48's, but the watch was acting up due to rain, so I didn't get accurate times for these. I'm sure they are not too off though. These weren't bad considering how I felt after the hills. Cooled down afterwards for about 8 minutes.

Got a big workout on Saturday, but I'm really only worried about the 12's and 8's after the tempo. Otherwise, I should be fine with 4's and the tempo.
