Notes

Very cold workout today. Warmed up for 2 miles as usual before tackling this run. Legs felt sore coming into the run, but got better as time went on. Managed to get through all 7, but felt more mentally tired than I was physically. I guess 7 loops really gets to your head. Also having to deal with negative wind chills doesn't make the run any less miserable.
