Last peak mileage week of the season. Was super busy all day, so I didn't run to Armory or ran back home, but biked both ways. A small group of us fell back from the main pack because we didn't pass the stop light fast enough, twice. After going through Busey Woods, Josh and I were the only ones to extend through the Graveyard. Went over to Huff and did 6 strides in one day for the first time. Legs felt tiring, but that could also just be from the long run yesterday. Extended through ARC before finishing the day off with core.
