Headed over to the Arb after lecture. Felt too good and hammered the way there, oops. Once I got to the hill, they were just starting the hill circuits, and I joined the group of Jared, Zach, and Frintner. 15' - 4' R - 10'. Ran these much harder than I usually did, so hopefully I got some benefits out of it. Extended afterwards with Tyler and Josh. Leg strength back at the Armory, track leg strength. Good day overall, going to be super sore tomorrow.
