5 x 60" Hills @ 5k Effort w/ 2:30' RJ + 10 x 200m @ 33 w/ 90" RJ

Accidentally combined the hills and the cooldown on my watch, but no big deal. Had a really hard time with the hills. Tried to keep up with the guys ahead of me, but couldn't quite catch up to them. Felt drained afterwards, but thought to myself the 200's shouldn't be too bad now.

Found myself flying through the 200's.Glad I have some kind of speed in me.Gotta focus on getting good sleep and recovering properly for Saturday's race.
