Very cold outside, so I chose to run on the treadmill instead. The plan was to start at 8.5 mph and move up 0.1 mph every 5 minutes until I hit around 6:30 pace. Unfortunately, my plan got interrupted twice. I was able to finally get into a rhythm on the third try and was able to finish the rest of the run as I intended. Got pretty worn out near the end with the 0.5 incline and going at 6:30 pace, but I was able to hold on well. Saw Joe at the gym. Surprisingly, I don't see him enough even though I see him almost everyday outside. Rolled out and headed out afterwards.
