I was aiming for 35-36" for the first set, 33-34" for the second set, and then 31-32" for the last set. As I mentioned in the previous log, my legs were pretty dead, but I still managed to hit the times I wanted. I didn't want to push these too hard and I kept reminding myself to think fast feet and shorter strides. From here on out, it's just easy running and strides.
