Notes
Long run at Allerton. Always a great place to run at. Decision was to go 14 miles today. After most of the long run was done, some of us extended for 14. Josh and I were pretty tired and the others were going longer than that, so once we hit our mileage, we walked the rest of the way back. Had a delicious potluck afterwards to conclude a very fun run.
