9 mile progression with 2.1. Big group with lots of conversations for a good 6 miles. Definitely helped make this run feel a lot easier and just pass much faster. Once the 6th mile was done, we got down to business and the effort started to ramp up. Considering the fact that this and Friday's workout are the last real "hard" workouts before Augustana, I decided to push myself really hard the last 2 miles. Finished without feeling too out of breath, but my legs were more exhausted than I was aerobically, so that could be a sign I still need more leg strength. Dropped pretty evenly all 9 miles. Pretty happy with this workout.
