Not sure what happened, but this run was a disaster. Did my long run today because of quad day tomorrow. Felt fine for the first 40 minutes, although I still had some chest issues. Got gradually worse once I got into Crystal Lake and eventually I had to stop at Carle Avenue because it got so bad. Really upset about how I've been lately, but Steve told me some ways to treat it, so hopefully that will make my runs less difficult.
