7 mile progression. Because it was Friday before break and some people were racing tomorrow, there wasn't a lot of people there today. So, my prog run group consisted of me, Auburn, Willy, and Hanskat. I wanted to lead for the first half of the workout so that we don't take it out too slow. Did exactly that, but it kinda wore my legs out for a bit.Spent the 4, 5, and 6 struggling to keep up with Auburn and Willie. Hanskat fell off earlier. Reminded myself that I can choose to be tough or weak and today I chose to be tough. Glad I did, because I ended up being able to keep up with them despite feeling very tired. Now, I can start a very relaxing spring break.
