Nice run around Ramsey. Got a lot colder compared to the balmy weather that was yesterday. Pace was really chill, but ankles were starting to hurt. My assumption is that the uneven surfaces and snowy roads have caused my feet to work much harder than they're supposed to. I think that's just something I just need to monitor.
