Wow, this one was rough. Started the warm up feeling pretty bad and I already felt difficulty breathing, so the plan was to start out slow and then work from that point on. Started out at a reasonable pace, but that wasn't enough to stop me from getting into oxygen debt early in the workout (3 miles in). From then on I was having extreme difficulty holding onto my form and found myself slowing down considerably at some points during the workout, probably went down into easy run pace at one point. Willed myself to finish at least 7 and call it a day from there.

Can't predict how your workouts will ever go when the weather is this brutal, but all you can hope for is the best and realize this is more of a mental workout than it is a physical one. If I can get through something like this, then I can go through pretty much anything.
