Got some really shitty sleep last night, so I was not willing to go this long run. Woke up at 7:50, debating if I should go. Rested my eyes again, and ended up waking 7:55, so that pretty much meant I should go to long run. Felt really groggy and unfocused for the first few miles and I tried to just keep up with everyone else. Felt a lot better about 40 minutes in. Since the triathlon was today, we had to do an OnB on the A loop, still the same mileage if we just did it regularly. Did the statues route and went up the hill at the Arb. Man that was draining. 4 years of doing that same shit and it still feels just as hard as it was freshman year. Got back and decided that I was close to 14 enough and headed back home. What started off as a really shitty long run ended up feeling pretty good.
