Took the first mile way too fast. I was afraid of taking the first mile too slow. Had some slight tightness in my anterior calf muscles but that subsided into the run. Felt my form compromise during the hilk parts of the loop. Im gonna have to take my pace for next workout since itll be 6 miles than 5.

Also had to do this early because Im not gonna enough time to run a full workout tomorrow so today was my only option. Gonna keep the mileage low so my legs wont kill me.
