Very very happy with this workout. Don't really know why today's run was so much better than yesterday's run, but my initial suspicions are a longer warmup and cooler weather. Warmed up for 10 minutes, then 10 minutes of stretching afterwards before doing my run. Felt very in control the whole time and was right on pace the whole time. Tried to go out to 4500 meters, but couldn't find the last mark, so I just assumed 6 minute pace and waited til 18 minutes before heading back. Worked the last half of the run, but got through it much better without having to stop during the run. Kind of accelerated at the end because I just wanted to get the run over with.
