Notes

Ran after my last 495 seminar for the semester. Still have to get 1 interview and 1 more mandatory seminar before getting all the credits. Right after i left, there was a very extravagant reception afterwards, so I couldn't help myself and snacked on a few brownies and lemonade before leaving. Once I got home, I dropped off everything and started off my run. Felt stiff in the beginning, but loosened up a bit once I got to the arb. Did 6 hills, I did the last two on the side of the hill we climb up on to make it more challenging. Afterwards, I added on to Statues. Something about running at Statues at night felt uneasy, so I kinda picked up the pace there and then never really slowed down afterwards. Took a bathroom break at Turner Hall like usual, but once I got out, it started pouring. Took some newspaper for my shoes and hoped that I wouldn't get too wet on the way home. Rain pounded really hard and it honestly felt like that one prog run early in the season where it rained so hard it hurt. Ended up having to throw out my newspaper because it was too soaked for any good.

My legs felt good despite the good but grinder of a workout yesterday and I was getting in a pretty good pace and groove today. I was worried that after yesterday, my legs were getting too burnt out and maybe I need to start tapering earlier than expected, but today showed that my legs are still fine and mentally I'm a little off, but that can be fixed with a bit of time. I probably will make tomorrow super long as well so come Friday and Sunday, I can start tapering for real.

Also I just updated my workout from yesterday so if anyone wants to see it be my guest.
