Solid workout. Doing mobility everyday is starting to show results already and I plan on keeping it up. Cruised through the first two reps pretty easily. Third one was a lot faster than I expected, even though it didn't feel like I ramped up the effort. Upper back was getting stiff in the last one, so I tried to loosen it up by rolling my shoulders. Helped a bit. Pretty worn out in the end, but keeping up threshold effort should not get easier after each rep, I suppose.
