Short tune up workout I do before my turkey trot. Didn't go too well, most likely from not drinking any water or eating anything before this workout, which I really should have done. Felt like I had no energy the whole time and I was dragging through the intervals. Given how fast I ran the mile a few days ago, 2:30 should not have been so difficult, but I finished the first one feeling pretty winded and then felt really exhausted after the second one. Lesson learned, I need to have a semi full meal before doing workouts/races in the morning. Going to try to make some kind of pre race meal before Thursday.
