Damn this run sucked. An awful combination of both heat and humidity. Despite that, I still ran much faster than I usually run and with worse weather at well. Did hill circuits after roughly 50 minutes because I ran a longer loop. Running after the hill circuit was very rough. Stopped a lot of times to catch my breath.
