Workout was 1000/600 @ 3:05/1:51 w/ 1' RJ + 3' RJ + 2 x 1600 @ 4:54 w/ 3' RJ + 1000/600 @ 3:05/1:51 w/ 1' RJ + 6' RJ + 5 x 300 @ 49 w/ 90" RJ
All these injuries started piling up and I just didn't have the right running form at this point. Gonna take some days off and really work on those muscle imbalances.
