Despite being 80 degrees outside, the run wasn't too bad. Decided to make a right on Shadyside as an replacement extension for the mile loop at the end of my usual long runs. Rolled my ankle badly 20 minutes in, so I took a break to make sure it was good for running again. Legs felt very heavy, but my breathing was good, so I didn't really have to stop too often. Huge thanks to the Plant Church for providing free cold water outside their school for runners and walkers. That was a huge gesture on their part.
