Notes
First of all, thank you Sean for waking me up before the long run. Probably would not have made it. Finally got to run HHL after 3 years since my last time running it. Decent sized group of people went and it was a great change of scenery after running very similar courses for years. Added on with Quinn, Alex, Mesplay, and Feldman. Quinn wanted to add on the Savoy route, but that would have been way too far at this point, so Feldman and I ran back. Stopped at Wyndham for a bathroom break. <-- I feel like my body is being conditioned to use the bathroom whenever I pass this place. Finished exhausted, but it was a good long run at a challenging pace.
