Good run today. Felt really nice and ran without any huge breaks. Butt felt slightly sore but overall it was a good run. Last run in Korea. Can't believe it's already been a month since I came here. Can't wait to go back home. Also decided that I'm not going to the progression run until I get back home since I'll be able to measure my distance accurately.
