2 x 2k @ T w/ 1'R and 2-3 x 2k @ RP w/ 2'R
This workout went very well today. Started off with a relatively large group: me, Frintner, Somerfield, William, Mike, Josh, and Matt. Worked and stayed together for the first 2 2k's, then people started to fall off. Boiled down to me, Somerfield, Frintner, and Josh by the end of the 3 2k's. We all looked very good going through these repeats. Personally, I felt great and could have done these much faster, but I'm going to start taking the first few workouts conservatively because I want to be able to race through the season without any kinds of injuries or mental stumbles. All about building up from here. Nothing but up.
