7 mile SS
Pretty much knew this was going to be a grind while running to practice. Legs felt completely dead and I felt like my hip was doing twice as much work as usual to get them up to speed. Regular group as usual. Started off at a good pace. Had lapses of inconsistency with my running during the workout. I would fall off the group, realize I just did that, and then try to force myself back with them. Despite feeling really shitty, I managed to stick with the group for the whole workout. This was completely mental, so if I had to judge myself based on that aspect, I think I nailed it. Now, I just gotta get through Thursday (exam day), and I can get as much rest as I need for Parkside.
