Man this run was rough.
Legs were sore from leg strength yesterday, so it was a rough start to the long run. Decent size group with some interesting stories to keep the time passing by. Legs got really heavy near the end, but just tried to keep the steps light and keep good form. Kinda worked. Didn't add on since I was already at 14 anyway. Rolled out a lot when I got home. Saw the overall pace and then understood why my legs were so sore. Felt easy though aerobically so that's always promising.
