5X45 hill reps/rec = 1:30 jogging +
5X1:00 hill reps/rec = 2:30 jogging +
5X1:15 hill reps/rec = 2:30 jogging +
Couldn't find a hill long enough to run for 75 seconds, so I resorted to 30 second hills w/ 90" rest. Reached my limit around 12.
