Unfortunately, the spare watch I used today once again failed me in keeping track of time, so it's again an estimate. Apparently, before it stopped telling time, I was going 7:45 pace for the first two miles, which I do not believe at all because it definitely felt faster than that. Feet have been feeling a lot better, but they still ache sometimes. Gonna try to get an ice bath in soon.
