Pretty happy with this workout. Not sure why the first rep was slow, but I definitely overcompensated in the second one. Rest of the reps felt appropriate threshold effort. Didn't feel tired in any of the reps, so I definitely wasn't working too hard in any of them. I'll try to pace these better next time.
