5 Mile SS.

Not gonna lie. I really didn't want to do this workout. Left work feeling tired and sleepy. Thought I would shake it out by warming up, but I ended up feeling very sluggish and weak after just 1 mile. So, I took a nap in my car for about half an hour, and then tried again. Felt looser after another mile and decided to just do it. First mile was rough and so was the second mile. For the rest, I got to a good rhythm finally and finished strong. This felt much harder because my legs were absolutely trashed and my focus was wavering.
