Haven't been logging a lot, so I'm starting with today since it's freshest in my mind. Since I'm only one week away from starting workouts, I decided I'm going to chill with the pace a bit, so I ran with a group that didn't want to fly down Crystal Lake today. Ended up running with Evan, Gerkin, Sean, and Mesplay, although the latter two decided to speed up and try to catch the front group. It felt super easy even though it was a lot faster than I thought. Core afterwards in the Armory.
I am not too sure about which events I want to focus on this season. I have an interest in running the 10k next spring, but I am not sure who is doing it or how that plan is going to even work. I think for now, I'll focus on 5k and 1500 and just keep my mileage high in case I do want to switch over.
